Shipping Options
Order Processing Time: Once you place your order, we aim to process it within 2-3 business days. However, during peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. These include standard shipping, express shipping, depending on your location.
Shipping Time:
Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days
Express Shipping: 5-7 business days
Shipping Costs: The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight, dimensions of the package, and your shipping address. You will be able to see the exact shipping cost during the checkout process.
Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment.
Returns Options
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, here’s our return policy:
- Return Window: You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return the items for a refund or exchange.
- Condition of Returned Items: The items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Return Process: Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. They will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the items.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
Please note that customised shirts cannot be returned or exchanged!
