All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been despatched. The contract between us (Contract) will only be formed when we send you the Despatch Confirmation and the Contract will relate only to those Products whose despatch we have confirmed in the Despatch Confirmation.

4. Please note that customs or duty charges deliveries. These charges are the customers responsibility.
